Our apartments feature keyless door entry. However, should you need a key to enter your apartment, you can contact the leasing office during business hours for assistance. Please note identification must be verified to assist with residential lockout. We do not provide after-hour lock-out services. Residents are responsible for contacting a lock-smith.

Amenities

Surface parking is available on a first-come basis. We also offer detached garage rentals. Contact the leasing office for pricing and availability.

The pool is open from Dawn to Dusk. Seasonal hours may apply and are subject to change at any time.

Yes, we love our furry residents and welcome them in our community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. Non-traditional pets such as hamsters, gerbils, turtles, frogs, hermit crabs, domestic fish, and small domesticated birds are also permitted. Contact the Leasing Office for full details on our community Pet Policy. 

All homes are furnished with energy efficient appliances including a Microwave, Refrigerator with ice maker, Stove, Dishwasher. Our apartments also come furnished with brand new GE washer and dryers.

Admin

Approval status will regularly be determined within 24-72 hours.

Payments can be made 24/7 through the online resident portal or by certified funds, personal check or money order in the leasing office during business hours.

Yes, liability insurance is required to attain prior to move in. You may choose any third party provider with a minimum coverage of $100,000. For your convenience we also offer a Master Policy Enrollment Program. 

The community is prewired for both cable and internet. TV Select services and wifi are through Spectrum and is included in the Ardmore Advantage package.

A 60 day notice is required for lease termination. Contact the leasing office for details on applicable fees for early lease termination. 

Tenants will be billed for water and sewer by YES Energy, this is paid directly to the community. Electric services must be transferred to tenants possession by contacting Lenoir City Utilities Board. 

Utilities such as water/sewer and electric are separate additional costs to your monthly rent.

The Ardmore Advantage package is $125/ month. This rate includes valet waste, pest control, Spectrum TV select and wifi services. Water and sewer will be billed monthly and paid with resident rent payment. 

Our community policies are enforced to all residents, guests and visitors. All rules are considered part of the lease contract. Airbnb listings are not permitted.

The city noise ordinance is in effect for the community. Quiet hours start at 11pm to 7am.

All applicants 18 years are older are screened and qualified as a lease holder. The lease agreement is imposed on all lease holders. 

Residents may submit a service request online through our resident portal or directly to one of our office staff. 

Utilities such as water/sewer and electric are separate additional costs to your monthly rent.

To terminate the lease agreement, a buy-out fee equivalent to one month's rent is required upon submission of a 60-day notice. Any concessions granted during that lease term will be paid back at that time. Contact the office for full details. 

Approval fees will include a $75 application fee per person and $200 administration fee. Security deposit are determined by applicant's credit score. A Welcome Letter will be provided upon move in listing the prorated costs for rent and any other applicable fees such as pets, garage rentals, etc.
